These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pro Estajos mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Pro Estajos (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pro Estajos is a marketplace platform that connects customers seeking services with providers who offer services. We provide tools for discovery, booking, communication, and payments where enabled. We are not the direct provider of the underlying services (e.g., cleaning, repairs, professional work) unless expressly stated; independent providers deliver those services.
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
Fees, commissions, and payout schedules may be shown in the app or separate agreements. Payments may be processed by third-party processors. You authorize us and our partners to charge or facilitate payments as described at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location and applicable law.
Cancellations by customers: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking may be eligible for a full refund or credit at our discretion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service price. No refund is guaranteed for same-day cancellations.
Provider no-shows: If a provider fails to appear for a confirmed booking without advance notice, customers are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid through the platform for that booking.
Specific refund timelines depend on the payment method used (Orange Money, Muni Dinero, or card). Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled service date by contacting support@estajospro.com.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, display, and process such content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.
The Service, branding, and software are owned by Pro Estajos or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal or business use in line with these Terms. No reverse engineering or unauthorized copying.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of providers’ services; interactions are primarily between customers and providers.
We verify provider identity through government-issued ID document review. However, we do not conduct criminal background checks on providers. Customers are encouraged to exercise their own judgment when inviting providers into their homes or premises.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Estajos and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in fees for the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b) a nominal minimum where no fees applied, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Estajos from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, risk, legal requirements, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malabo, Republic of Equatorial Guinea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.
We may modify these Terms. We will provide notice as appropriate (for example, in-app notice or updated “Last updated” date). Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
